Toronto, Ontario – Kory Enders joined DEForce Racing for rounds eight and nine of the Indy Pro 2000 Championship Presented by Cooper Tires over the weekend where he placed seventh in Race 1 and ninth in Race 2 of the Cooper Tires Toronto Grand Prix Presented by Allied Building Products.

Enders went into the only international race weekend of the year knowing the venue well, but there for the first time DEForce Racing had entered any Tatuus PM-18’s in the Indy Pro 2000 category. The 21-year-old took the challenge in stride and qualified 10th for the start of both races.

Race 1 dished out plenty of drama with several accidents causing multiple full-course cautions. Enders drove a clean race to finish in seventh place. The final 30-lap race on Sunday only saw one yellow flag, allowing the 13 entrants to battle it out for the podium. Enders again ran his race and showed great pace among the rest of the field and ended up with another top-10 finish in ninth.

Enders now holds the eighth spot in the Indy Pro 2000 Championship Presented by Cooper Tires points standings and will continue racing at rounds 10 and 11 on July 27/28 at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio.

Kory Enders - Driver of the No. 7 DEForce Racing Tatuus PM-18: “This weekend was a very fun weekend for us. This track always provides an extremely exhilarating on-track experience. As a team, we learned a lot about the car, and we’re looking forward to Ohio!”
